Research Brief Version 15 | Number 3

Using the 2026 Missouri Assessment of College Health Behaviors (MACHB) survey, this brief assesses belonging and retention indicators across various demographics and subpopulations to identify which groups reported the highest and lowest sense of belonging and retention, as well as factors that may influence these outcomes.

This brief utilizes the data received from the twenty-one 4-year institutions in the Missouri Partners in Prevention coalition who participated in the MACHB survey during the Spring of 2026. Those campuses that identify as 2-year institutions participate in a separate version of the survey.
