Partners in Prevention is Missouri’s higher education substance misuse consortium dedicated to creating healthy and safe college campuses. A coalition of 24 colleges and universities in the state, PIP encourages using data-driven evidence-based strategies to impact the health and well-being of college students. Our work focuses primarily around students’ alcohol and other drug use behaviors, their mental health and well-being, and their overall safety.
Our staff have been looking for additional ways to share content and connect with and be supportive to our campuses. Enter, this blog! You’ll find some of our regular publications like research briefs and at a glance documents, along with newly cultivated essays and think pieces. Essentially, this is another way for us to engage with our stakeholders and for you to find out what’s going on with PIP and our prevention efforts.
